It is well with my Soul.

No matter what may come my way the Lord is with me. Thank you Lord!

Praying for all in need of a lift......Lord Jesus Bless and keep them in your hand. Oh Lord please help them to see your face clearly in your word. Let my words and action show your mercy and love. Show your love. Lord you are love, grace and peace. Peace and joy. Comfort and Joy. Hope in times for plenty and need.

Blessed is he who comes in the Name of the Lord!!!!!

When I am lifted up from the Earth, I will draw everyone to myself
(John 12:32)

He was wounded because of our crimes, crushed because of our sins
(Isa. 53:5)

Fools say in their hearts "There is no God" Ps 14:1

He is alive forever

Just saw this thread!

Amen! I have been enjoying this word a lot this past week. In the middle of my crazy day when I have cleaned a bunch of messes and my kiddo is obstinate and my head hurts, I tried saying, Amen.
Amen, Lord Jesus. Amen to whatever You have arranged for my day, I just want to be in contact with You all day.

It felt good to exhale. A big exhale with a big Amen, and I felt refreshed.

He is risen
He is alive
Empty is the grave
He is Lord
He sits at the right hand of the Father
Praise the Lord most high
Praise the Name that is above all other names
We love you Lord you are Great

It is well with my soul

It's been a while since I posted at MDC, but I gotta say how much I love this thread!

"These things add up. Every one of us needs to pray; when all hell breaks loose and the dam bursts we'll be on high ground, untouched. God's my island hideaway, keeps danger far from the shore, throws garlands of hosannas around my neck." Psalm 32:6-7 (The Message)

This is what's in my heart this morning. We're going through some tough stuff right now. However, I have determined to not be discouraged, but to put my faith in the one who knows how it's all going to work out before I knew the problem was there.

Lately I've been winning battles left and right
But even winners can get wounded in the fight
People say that I'm amazing
Strong beyond my years
But they don't see inside of me
I'm hiding all the tears

They don't know that I go running home when I fall down
They don't know who picks me up when no one is around
I drop my sword and cry for just a while
'Cause deep inside this armor
The warrior is a child

Unafraid because His armor is the best
But even soldiers need a quiet place to rest
People say that I'm amazing
Never face retreat
But they don't see the enemies
That lay me at His feet

They don't know that I go running home when I fall down
They don't know who picks me up when no one is around
I drop my sword and and cry for just a while
'Cause deep inside this armor
the warrior is a child

They don't know that I go running home when I fall down
They don't know who picks me up when no one is around
I drop my sword and look up for a smile
'Cause deep inside this armor
Deep inside this armor
Deep inside this armor
The Warrior is a Child

Sometimes my little heart can't understand
What's in Your will, what's in Your plan.
So many times I'm tempted to ask You why,
But I can never forget it for long.
Lord, what You do could not be wrong.
So I believe You, even when I must cry.
Do I trust You, Lord?
Does the river flow?
Do I trust You, Lord?
Does the north wind blow?
You can see my heart,
You can read my mind,
And You got to know
That I would rather die
Than to lose my faith
In the One I love.
Do I trust You, Lord?
Do I trust You?

I know the answers, I've given them all.
But suddenly now, I feel so small.
Shaken down to the cavity in my soul.
I know the doctrine and theology,
But right now they don't mean much to me.
This time there's only one thing I've got to know.

Do I trust You, Lord?
Does the robin sing?
Do I trust You, Lord?
Does it rain in spring?
You can see my heart,
You can read my mind,
And You got to know
That I would rather die
Than to lose my faith
In the One I love.
Do I trust You, Lord?
Do I trust You?

I will trust You, Lord, when I don't know why.
I will trust You, Lord, till the day I die.
I will trust You, Lord, when I'm blind with pain!
You were God before, and You'll never change.
I will trust You.
I will trust You.
I will trust You, Lord.
I will trust You.
