What precautions do I need to take to keep my 14mo and 3yo safe and healthy? They are all over her all the time--and always wherever she is (bathroom, bedroom, you name it--she's like a kid-magnet!)

GMIL (68yo) is getting it b/c she is doing 90% of the care for her sister who is stg 4 cancer.

If it's an injection, I wouldn't worry for kiddos. That is dead virus and although it can make the injectee feel like they have flu symptoms, they won't pass it on.

The flumist can pass live flu virus for like 3 weeks. All you can do there I guess is good handwashing, healthy diet, enough sleep and possibly vitamin supplements ( I think they say you need Vit D & omega 3 to prevent flu)
