Anyone experience leaking SoftBums?

I have used SoftBums cloth all-in-2 diapers for a couple months with great success. But in the last week or so my DD has started soaking through 1-3 diapers a day! At first I thought I hadn't tightened the leg elastic enough so I tightened them up and am still experiencing bad leaking. It seems that as opposed to leaking out the sides, the pee and poo are soaking THROUGH the cover. The leaking happens even if it's only been an hour or two since the last diaper change so it's not necessarilly just when she is super soaked. I follow the care instructions: I wash them once in cold water with Allen's detergent, once in hot water, and give them an extra rinse. I usually hang them to dry but have used the dryer.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Any ideas what to do?

I have SoftBums but haven't had that problem. I'd contact Sarah (is that her name?) of SoftBums and ask her what she thinks. Good luck!
There is a thread at diaperswappers about how to reseal bad PUL. I'll see if I can find it. (PM me if I forget...lol)

I contacted Sarah and she suggested stripping the inserts by washing them with Dawn and then repeatedly rinsing them in hot water. She also recommended drying the covers on hot to reseal the sewing holes. I also realized I had been using diaper salve at night which, I hadn't thought of it before, can clog up the diapers. So, after doing all of these steps I am leak-free which is a big relief after spending so much money on a product.
