I need some make-ahead breakfast recipes - Page 2

Hi mamas,
Loving these ideas..... we make oatmeal in the crockpot at least once a week. I use 1 cup of steel cut oats, 4 cups water, and a handful of dried cranberries, raisins, etc. Cook on low for 6-8 hours in the crockpot. I ususally use a timer on this.............
Yummy and supereasy!

I make crustless mini-quiches and DD will eat them cold, out of the fridge. Super simple. Take a mini-muffin pan, spray with oil, put grated cheddar at the bottom of each muffin-thingy and top with beaten egg/milk mixture. You can add veggies if your toddlers are non-picky. Mine is. For me, I add a dash of hot sauce. Cook for about 10 minutes on 350.

THE baked oatmeal? Like one specifically amazing baked oatmeal recipe? Or just baked oatmeal in general? I actually used to make baked oatmeal a lot, but then I got kind of burned out on it. The one I made had quite a bit of sugar in it (rapadura, but still more than I want to regularly eat for breakfast), so I kinda put it out of my mind...

The idea of grits kind of freaks me out? Is that weird? I am obviously not from the south. If you think you can talk me into trying grits, go for it!
Just wanted to say that cheese grits are a little bit of heaven. Seriously they are SO good. Not sure how good the are FOR you but they are good TO you.
