Dr. Sears' info about flu vax

about 1/3 page down was interesting.

Does anyone have any info about the difference in antibody levels in breast milk b/t receiving the flu vax versus actually having the flu? While the CDC is promoting the vax to BFing mothers, I can't find any info about whether or not antibody activity is stronger, and better passed to nursling, if mom actually has the flu.
