Concern about the "soy protein" in Bragg's

I was looking online for a but more info but I have not found anything. I see that the BLA is made from soy protein, but I was under the impression soy has been found to be "no good". I use the BLA on my food and my son eats it too, so I am concerned.....

There is a little info on BLA in the TF forum but, not much.

Personally, we try to avoid soy if it has not been fermented but, others feel it is OK in moderation.

If you have thyroid problems avoid soy at all costs.

Soy is definitely one of those hot, controversial topics! Personally, I have done a good amount of reading on the subject and really feel that it is okay. In moderation (as all things in life, right?). If every single thing you were eating had soy/soy proteins in it, I'd be worried. But I think you're probably fine. JMHO :-)
