Aren't we all? You don't have to worry about the tiny little amount of water that might still be in the syringe after you plunge a few barrel fulls of air through it. Like, get every last speck out by drawing up air and expelling it forcefully, and that will be good enough.
AFM - My throat is owie. My stomach was rolling around doing something bizarre when I awoke this morning, some sort of nausea flippiness. I also had some crampy heaviness last night and this morning, and actually, right now too.
Does anyone happen to have any bloodwork experience? Oh, Indigo, you're reading this...
I picked up a photocopy of my entire chart today, which I asked for at yesterday's appt.
My doc has been saying my thyroid is fine, fine, fine, but on every set of bloodwork it's low, at least TSH, as in the reference range is .30 - 4.9 (I think, I don't have it right in front of me) but mine is consistently .9something which strikes me as possibly low thyroid but not subclinical, so not low enough for a doc to say "LOW" but possibly low enough to interfere with conception.
Also, my FSH is scarily low. In my follicular phase, it's like 1.something, depending on which bloodwork I look at, and that seems very low - which might explain why I O so late in my cycle. (reference range is 2-10 ideally on CD 3, it goes up from there)
Now, low FSH is a good thing, too high means that the ovaries on non-responsive. I've actually never heard of too low, but I'm thinking it's VERY low, so it's possible I'm not producing enough quickly enough to get my ovaries to O quickly enough. Anybody know anything?
Since we have so many PhDs and wannabes, would it be too much to ask for just one MD or (even better!) RE to join the thread???

Plus if she doesn't feel good now, if she got morning sickness, she'd feel even worse. Hopefully our Chinese doc/acupuncturist will be able to help her out.
