Hi Mamas,

I'm sending out hugs and hopes to all of you struggling so much. I'm at my parents house for some time, and they are being "OKAY" about us being here. It's hard, but I'm thankful for their invitation.

I've got a terrible cold, and with all the stress, I have lost weight (not a bad thing).

Priya and I had a good halloween night, she was invited to a party, and most of the parents were there, so I stayed there too, and visited with some friends.

Things to be thankful for?
1. My van is running.
2. I have four new tires on my van.
3. We have good food to eat.
4. We have clean water to drink.
5. We are living in my parents home.
6. We have love in our family.

Hope all of you have these things too!

I am so relieved to hear your update. We lived with my dad for 8 months last year - it was very hard. I hope you can find a wonderful new home soon, but I am glad that you have family to help you when you need it. That is so important. Thanks for letting us know how you're doing. I know I don't post here much, but I've been checking the thread every day waiting to hear from you.

YAY!! I am so glad to hear from you. I have been thinking about you & hopeing things were working out for you. I love that you posted things you are thankful for. It is so easy to lose sight of the positive things we do have to be grateful for when times are tough. A friend & I had been emailing eachother everyday with 2 things we are grateful for to help us remember simple to BE grateful, but I got stressed & stopped doing it. I need to start again thanks for the inspiration.
