I guess I wouldn't be getting my bonus if I worked there (although I would file a religious exemption anyway since I wouldn't get any vax ever!)

I think it's sick to hold $$ and jobs over people's heads, especially in the economy when people are really struggling to make ends meet. Shame on them. I think it will be hysterical when the vast majority get the vaxes and there are still flu outbreaks anyway. The regular flu vax is so ineffective what are they really accomplishing.....nothing!! As for the h1n1 vax it is so new it remains to be seen if it will be effective and if it has terrible side effects, those people will be out of work anyway trying to figure out what's worng with them....GAHHHH!

I'm thinking that may not be legal, especially if there is a section in the employee handbook tied to what merits pay increases. Hopefully they have that spelled out and someone nails them on this.

That would be nice. People will make a stand, but that number will be small. I imagine most will go along to get along and the few who make a stink will be dealt with quietly one way or another.

What I thought was most poignant was the woman's sign that read, "Forced Flu Shots: Me Today, You Tomorrow." She's right. Those that force these things always start with certain groups as more or less a beta test. They like those groups that can't fight back as much, such as those with financial dependence, children and pregnant women.

It always seems so Orwellian that the spokesperson pushing the forced injection of toxins always seems so thoughtful and harmless. We love you, trust us, we know what is best.
