time to buy the smalls...

cloth diapers that is

Charlotte is GROWING....finally have her in cloth most of the time (still trying to work on my washing schedule ), and she's only got another pound or two in the xs's. (SURE didn't get the wear I was anticipating since the BG seemed to cut off her leg circulation bc she was so skinny - or something - I donno, but she hated them and her little legs would get blue, so we waited. They seem fine now though)

Also - she's finally fitting into her little 0/3m stuff. Which is REALLY good since this past weekend the weather finally turned and I didn't buy anything warm in a nb size!

I really need to update pictures - sorry I'm such a slacker!

She's such a diva, this little girl - one of those that cries everytime the car stops moving And sometimes just the WHOLE time she's in the carseat just because it doesn't fancy her to be in there. Even though her sisters are right next to her and can even stroke her - she knows she's not alone, she just HATES it! I hope it gets better in the winter when she can be a little more snuggly, bc as a third, we are on the go ALOT.

Oh - and I feel like she's getting a flat head - but she LIKES to be put down to sleep now. ugh. I have a memory foam head support I'm basically carrying around with me now and putting under her everywhere I think I'm going to get a boppy noggin nest too for the carseat. Any other moms battling this or have battled this with their other babies? Maddie and Grace DEMANDED to be held so much that it was never an issue.

oh, she's out of the nb dipes super quick!!!

i just bought 4 xs fuzzi bunz and 2 more nb bummis super brites covers at a local shop yesterday- and camry still has lots of room in them at 8lbs2oz, i can't imagine her in smalls- it would be like a full-body diaper or cover

i hear ya on the cold weather clothes in the right size. i bought lots of 3mos stuff in hot weather styles because it's usually pretty darn hot here into october, and it's all gigantic on her. someone is going to get a lot of really nice clothes that have never been worn when it's time to get rid of it all!

Keagan's tiny, but I didn't bother to buy any NB cloth- lol. I use infant prefolds and small covers. Yep, it's big for a bit, but it works and doesn't get instantly outgrown.

I also find it helps to make the 0-3 stuff fit sooner without falling off his non-existant bum.

Well, Grace is 6 weeks and probably somewhere around 9.5 lbs? (she was 8;13 at her 1 month) It's only now that she's starting to work out of the nb sizes for both cloth and clothes.

I figure she's got all of October and most if not all of november in the small clothes - Grace was in small diapers until somewhere around 8 months??? (and at that point, our cding broke down, bc mediums were still much too big, but smalls were too small...issues!) So - I'll definitely get some wear out of those!

Oh - and I think the XSFB were the BIGGEST of all the nb dipes I tried out on Grace, i ONLY bought xs bg, xs thirsties, and xs MD this time. The MD were not nice from the get go, SO small - they would've fit her well, but the velcro is GIGANTIC and so FIRM. Just seemed totally uncomfy.

Julia, you need some sleep (or caffeine!), sweetie. Charlotte is your new baby. Grace is your 3 year old

Doh! (this is me, chugging a Dt. Pepsi!)

I KEEP doing that! Maddie and Grace are constantly correcting me!!!!

We had cold kids not under their covers, bad dreams AND

I had a mild gallbladder attack at like 4 this morning - so I've been up since then (this happened when Grace was a baby too - something the end of pregnancy drop of hormones does to me, I guess....I KNEW I shouldn't have eaten so badly last night...cheese curds AND a chocolate shake - you're not pregnant anymore JULIA! There's no fat in those things, right?)

I wonder how much sleep I ACTUALLY got
