When I was pregnant with my DS I didn't drink ANYTHING but water. For starters, it tasted super good...but I also didn't want the worries of caffeine. This time, I'm drinking about two cans a day. I wish I could stop, but it's really necessary to even function. I don't drink coffee, so this is my morning pick me up. I take B-6 for energy, but I feel I still need that extra caffeine kick!

For me it's coffee. It still tastes really good and I'm so tired and have so much to do I can't quite do without it. I understand the risks and so I don't drink as much as I'd like, but I can't quit altogether, and frankly I have to wonder. If a cup of coffee or a glass of wine is so harmful, why isn't everyone in Europe retarded?
