Allergen free week!  I guess it's just validating to see it acknowledged. I'm interested to see the recipes once they are posted! Part of the issues w/ allergen free cooking/eating are all those little ingredients that make things work (in liu of more commonly used, *cheaper* ingredients; gums, thickeners, allergen free extracts, gf baking powders/sodas etc--they can add up!!

I just read it. Sounds interesting. I wonder how she will do that if she said it's impossible without allergens? Is she still trying to live on it or just theorizing?

Ohhhh, it's getting exciting! I don't know if Real Produce takes EBT. They should though, as should the Produce Market I go to. I can ask next time I'm there.
