My ex had what I am fairly certain was a botched circumcision. I won't get into details out of respect, but it negatively affected everything bedroom-related and ended up being a major issue in our relationship. Hopefully my next partner is "the one" and is intact. Given my affinity for foreign accents, this is a possibility.

Which category does reduced sensation to the point of affecting function fall under? I voted minor because he found a way to fix it (taping the remaining skin over the glans for several hours a day until the sensation increased again), but it didn't seem minor at the time.
