We must all stand up for our rights to not be forced into unnecessary surgery against our will! This is outrageous!
Do you have the actual mailing address for the hospital? Perhaps if a bunch of us filed a complaint with Joint Commission against the hospital for blatantly stating they would get a court order to force a woman into an unnecessary c-section against her will that will get attention. I also urge every single person reading this to forward this story with a personal note your your state and federal legislators. We need state and federal laws banning hospitals from banning women from having vaginal births and requiring unnecessary c-sections. THIS is essential health care reform.
