I am intrigued by the sound of this, would you mind sharing the recipe? I normally eat semi-veggie and don't really know all that much to do with meat, but my TCM practitioner said I should eat some every day so I'm trying to learn!

5. Pizza (used up some leftover spinach and chicken as toppings, pretty good!)

1... Macaroni Grill (yeah, not a great start, but to be fair, I hadn't started!)
2... I honestly don't remember what we ate!
3... DD was at a friend's, and DH worked late, so I just picked at stuff around the house.
4... Bean & cheese burritos with homemade tortillas
5... Community Group. Ended up bringing homemade bread (from the artisan bread in 5 minutes recipe - yum!)
Plan for this week...
6... SPPA night. I'll be gone and family will eat frozen spinach raviolis.
7... Broccoli Quiche
8... Veggie stir-fry with Basmati rice
9... Minestrone soup with some kind of homemade bread (maybe rosemary focaccia?)
10... P'sketti marinara & spinach salad (and leftover focaccia?)

I ended up buying a baking stone and several other kitchen goodies today, so I have to be really, really careful with the budget the rest of the month. Our pantry doesn't have much in it right now, but I'm going to try to use what is there to the fullest!
