The asthma triggers should play a role here. DD is 3 and last year had severe asthma, including one epsisode of pnemonia, every time she got a cold. So she has viral triggers. I have watched her struggle to breathe every time she gets ill, even with all her medication. So although I'm not over the moon with the idea of the H1N1 vax, we'll probably get it because I know in my bones she's high risk. I've watched her get sick very quickly enough.
