Hospital tour

When is a good time to go on the hospital tour? It's been ten years since my last birth. I plan to use the same hospital again and I'm wondering when should I schedule my tour. I toured the hospital about two years ago with my sil but I know that I need a refresher. Her concerns and mine are pretty different so there are questions that I need to have answered. I'm five months along if that helps.

You should call the hospital and ask how long they like to be when moms tour. With my first, I remember calling to schedule a tour early on, and they said they like to wait until the beginning of the 3rd trimester, but that was a specific instance. The hospital I gave birth to my youngest in said they didn't care, but we ended up getting a "tour", when I had preterm labor at 30 weeks.

For me personally, I'd try to go between 5-7 months, when you're most likely to be feeling pretty good, and not getting so big that walking around can get uncomfortable.
