How much Vitamin K is ok?

Hi all. Well I have been taking 1 viactiv a day which has 500 mg of calcium, 500 IU of Vit D and 40 mcg of Vitamin K.. I would like to increase this to 2 viactiv a day so that would be 80 mcg of Vitamin K. Would this be ok? I cant find any info in Hales, though I have an older version... If anyone has any info I would appreciate it!
