I'm not sure where else to ask this afternoon my ds (3) was going to the bathroom and actually dropped the toilet seat on his penis. There is a tiny vut on the top and it is a bit swollen. What makes me a little concerned is the fact that a little blood dripped out the tip. We have never retracted his foreskin but I am concerned about infection if there is dried blood under his foreskin. Any ideas? If this isn't the right spot to post this where should I post it?

I wouldn't try to retract it. I would just keep an eye on it for now.
If it starts showing signs of infection (redness of surrounding area, the area getting warm, etc,) then I would apply bacatricin(sp?). I generally don't apply stuff till I see signs of possible infection though on any scrapes and cuts.

your poor ds
these things do happen though. What I would personally do it apply otc bacatracin (dont use neosporine) to help it heal faster and keep the germs away. There is no reason to think it will get infected especially from blood if any.
