Weight Watchers ~ October - Page 2

erinsmama you and your neighbor are doing awesome!!

I missed my meeting last week which is 2 weeks in a row, I think. I really need the meetings to keep me motivated. I have been doing well all by myself as far as maintaining but I can definitely see that for the long term I need to continue with the support.

I do have a question for maintenance folks - I'm sort of confused on weigh ins.. as a lifetimer I'm not able to weigh in weekly? that sort of stinks. I mean if I fell off of the wagon so to speak I could really do some damage in four weeks time. That weekly gauge is really nice.

Weigh In

Well, my neighbor & I weighed in last night. I am down 1 lb & she is down 1.4 lbs! Yay!

jlpumkin, I guess I'm confused about the whole lifetime member thing too. So once a month you get to weigh in & attend a meeting for free. So have you ever become a lifetime member & then gotten pregnant? I was just wondering if your membership is suspended until you get back down to that weight, or you join WW again after you have the baby & pay until you get back down to your previous goal weight? Hmmm

Great job on the weigh ins!!

I just made lifetime a couple of weeks ago so I'm far from an expert. What I have learned is the wi is once per calendar month, the week of my choosing. I have not gotten pg as a lifetimer, though I know some ladies have are at my meetings. If they are around I'll ask them =) Though sadly, I won't have that situation =(

Weekly weigh in are optional for free lifetime members. To be a FREE lifetime member, you *must* weigh in once a month and your weight must be within 2 pounds of your goal weight. So once you have your good weigh in, you can keep weighing in or not.

pregnant women are not allowed to attended meetings, lifetime or not. After you have the baby, you can return to meetings immediately. Lifetime members have a short grace period to attend meetings for free (I think it's six weeks) to get back to goal. Once the grace period is over, if they aren't at goal then they need to pay for meetings.

Well, I did end up losing .6 lbs last Tuesday when I weighed in, but I thought it was because I was wearing light pants instead of jeans like I usually do. Still, I'm going to take it!

I've been more careful about counting my points this week. I have 16 flex points left for today, tomorrow & Monday & I plan on working out all three days as well, so maybe I'll have some activity points I can use too. Weekends are tough for me!

I just joined WW yesterday.....

Is there a group for December???

What about January?

Anyone doing WW now? I just joined. I was thinking about South Beach but really didn't feel like looking quite that much protein in the face.

Course, I want more fat (hemp oil, coconut oil and flax) than WW really wants me to have.
