Argh! Reaction to cauliflower?

Another reaction in DS yesterday on the TED (3+ weeks now)... and we're still not eating anything different. Only thing is that DS gobbled up some cauliflower Friday when he usually just picks at it. I *think* I can correlate the cauliflower to the last mild reaction as well. He only ate a couple bites the first time and the reaction was less mild. I knew it was the cauliflower this time coming out.

Anyone else react to cauliflower/broccoli - mustard family? Of course, I could be fingering the wrong food... again.

ANY food can cause ANY symptom.

My DD2 used to not be able to do cauliflower or broccoli. Now she can do cauliflower, and broccoli as long as it's rotated every 4 days. DS has to rotate mustard (which is okay because he doesn't like "mustard" so he only gets it in corned beef which isn't very often).

I'm still leaning toward the cauliflower... his reaction lasted from one night through the next day (severely red bottom) but it has dramatically improved today - which all leads me to believe it was something different that he ate more of, etc. He did eat white basmati rice, instead of plain white rice but he had brown basmati before... he also did eat a little more sorghum that usual but I'm still thinking it was the cauliflower due to the timing, etc. I just read that the sulphurous compounds are a form of biological amines.

We've still been eating a lot of the other foods and not doing perfectly with rotation yet. It is my goal to get on a 4 day rotation but we're still in transition. I'm trying to ease into it and want to rotate the things we're most concerned with first, like grains and the things that are easiest, like proteins.
