We've recently found out that DS is allergic to these foods and are struggling a bit with recipes now. I've found lots of gf recipes online, and some are df too, but I've had a lot of trouble finding recipes that are free of everything he's allergic to AND are kid-friendly.

Sorry I don't include measurements, it's just coming out of my noodle:

Chicken fingers or nuggets - boneless chicken breasts, cut how you want, then coat with egg (or not) and roll in a mix of cornmeal and rice flour. Sprinkle with salt pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and a TINY bit of cayenne pepper. Fry lightly in oil. Yum!

Potato chip chicken - coat flattened chicken breast cutlets in egg and then roll in potato flour (not starch). Salt & pepper, then fry lightly in oil.

My kids like rice pasta with any variety of sauces. I make amatriciana, and oil/garlic/sweet sausage pretty regularly.

Homemade granola - I use this recipe as a very loose guide/inspiration, but you can adapt it nearly endlessly: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/fo...Granola-243134

I'm not sure what specifically you're looking for - dinner ideas, things the whole family can eat, snacks, treats?

I have some on my blog. Www.kathysrecipebox.com. We are gluten, dairy, soy free, plus some legumes, and I can't have chocolate, though we can have grapes. Most of mine are kid friendly since I have 3 kids (12, 9, 4, but I've been doing this a while with the allergic kids; DD2 has been eating restricted since she was 1yo).
