Travel to Jamaica with an non-vaxed 2 y/o

DH and I are separated, in the process of divorcing. He is going to be in a wedding next summer and would like to take DS along as his week of summer vacation. DS will be 2 in May, so around 27 months at the time of the vacation. DS is not vaxed. Are there any restrictions on travel to Jamaica? Any forms we should fill out or have our ND fill out and have DH carry with him? Thanks!

DH and I went to Jamaica on our honeymoon (before kids), and there was nothing extra to fill out. You just need passports. I think you might have to have his permission to take a child out of the country.

Like I should write down something saying I give him permission to take DS? It'll be in our custody agreement that he can have the vacation time for one week after age 2.

I would think that would depend on his comfort level. Does it say no one can travel outside the state or the country without permission first? If not, no need to worry at all. If it does, he'd just have to decide how much proof he wanted that you had said sure, go ahead.
