Can't access Holiday Helpers info

I tried clicking the link in some folk's signatures and on the FAQ's on the header but it says I'm not able access that page.

Hello!

The Holiday Helper is currently restricted to 50 posts and 60 days of membership.

If you post a bit more you will get access

Erm...I have certainly surpassed that rule, and I can't access it either!
That is, I can't get to it by way of the various links posted throught Mothering. If I go to it directly via the link at the top, it works.

Try either adding or removing the www. at the beginning of the links. My browser has had trouble here with that lately. The cookies are not being stored correctly or something.
