My baby (3 months old) was fed my pumped milk and supplemented with formula for her first 7 weeks. Most of her poops were golden, with one or two a day being green formula ones. It was very clear.
Now she is nursing (and she gets even more from the breast than the pump did - she's been weighed before/after) and we are supplementing with donor milk. This mom's milk has about 4x as much fat as mine does. Her poops are green or green/gold swirly. Sometimes they are very dark green like formula poops, but usually they are yellow-green.
I just don't understand. How, when she is getting more hindmilk than ever, have her poops turned green?
Any suggestions? Block feeding is not an option because she needs both breasts (and often a bottle after) at every feed.
