Tonight I found our cat of 16 years dead. My little boy is quite upset. He may not be human but he's been a part of our family for a very long time.

Losing a pet is so hard. They truly are part of the family. I'm so sorry.

Oh my goodness, I am so sorry

I've found the work of Peter Levine to be really helpful with children. His first-aid for trauma is really good...please know you are in my thoughts.
