Bad rash on breasts

Here we go again...

DS and I battled thrush for a few weeks and finally kicked it will GSE and coconut oil, the latter of which I am still using topically. Now, a few days after finally feeling the last thrush pain in my breasts, I have a bad rash on both breasts. They are itchy, they are red, there are raised spots that are dry and even a large patch under one breast. My nipples are fine, DS is fine *knocks on wood*, bfing has been normal, I have no allergies that I know of. All my bras/clothes make it worse. I am scared to use more coconut oil on them because I wonder if that caused this rash. I don't know what is safe to use.

Please help!

Is LO scratching you while he nurses? I get raised spots from grabby little hands stroking, scratching generally being grabby, while he nurses.

Yes, DS is scratchy and grabby too when he nurses. But this is an all over the boob rash- even where he can't reach.

For anyone searching this topic later: I have found some relief in oatmeal water and good ol' bm.

However, it still isn't gone and I am unsure what has caused it....
