Breastfeeding an 8 week old and Paxil

Has anyone had experience with this? I've read on Kellymom that the side effects are seen in babies under the age of 3 months...but what are the side effects? It seems like the second-safest choice for BF moms.

Would really appreciate any info or experiences anyone has had with this...

Paroxetine (Paxil)

Hale (2008 pp743-744) says
"Pediatric concerns: Numerous studies suggest minimal to no effect on breastfed infants. A neonatal withdrawal effect (early postnatally) may following in utero exposure. Most studies show minimal to no plasma levels in breastfed infants. Severe heart defects have been reported in infants exposed in utero to paroxetine."

Lactation Risk Category = L2 (i.e. Safer)
