Best cheap PUL cover with gussets?

I'm looking to spend about $4-6 a piece on PUL covers with gussets. I use motherease and prefolds. They need to be size XL since they are for nights for my 2.5(36 lbs and chubby) and 4 year old(40 lbs and thin) boys. I love the motherease ones but can't afford $13 a piece.
Which are your favorites?
Any one have hints for good seconds?

If you want that price you'll pretty much have to buy used. Proraps make a decent pul diaper cover with gussets and it comes in XL they run around $7.00 each typically new. Dappi makesa velcro closing diaper cover with gussets for under 45 but honestly its okay for a cheep extra back up but its not a great everyday cover at all. Litewraps another excellent choice will run $8.50ish new.
While not with gussets you might want to really consider simple nylon pull on pants they do a surburb job of containing everything and the run around 2/$6 so price is deffietly right..
If not take a look at FSOT boards Ebay ect for some good sales.
