Delurking here-

I'm due tomorrow and no real signs of labor yet. Have had sporadic contractions over the past week, but nothing consistent. I had totally convinced myself that this guy would be here by the beginning of October. HA!

DS #1 came before his due date (by a couple days) and I thought this one would be at least a week early. Nope.

I'm still here, too. I'm 39w1d today. Not feeling like much is happening besides lots of BH contractions. Occasional cramping, but nothing to take my breath away.

ugh. Me too... 39 + 1... with dd I only made it to 39 +3.. so I assumed I would have given birth by now. I am so cranky. I need him to come out already. I can't incubate any longer.

I'm not due til the 19th.
I'm kind of half expecting to go next week since that is what happened with my other babies, but we'll see! If I actually made it to my DD this time it would be a good thing, since DP has some work stuff he needs to wrap up. His boss is actually ON VACATION this week, and left DP in charge. DP is going to have 2 weeks off after the baby is born, but that's the max they would let him take off. And he probably won't get thanksgiving off, so I might not be able to take the kids to see my grandparents (it's a 6 hr drive). Maybe it'll still work out. DP doesn't understand that my grandparents are getting up there - they might not both be around next year, much as I hate to think about it. Plus I miss my aunts/uncles and cousins who live out there.

36 weeks and 2 days here. Technically not due til Nov 3rd, being induced on October 27th.

I've been losing pieces of my plug for a week now, Monday I was a good 2cm's dilated my OB said and I know I've been contracting daily mostly when I'm walking around cleaning or dealing with the kids.

still waiting at 40 weeks +5 days today.
I feel so uncomfortable and sick. I've tried acupuncture and sweeping the membranes. I'm not dilated or effaced. Baby is still high. No signs of labor. BH ctx have mellowed out a lot.

I had hoped to have this baby before they bomb the moon tonight.

Not due until the 25th, but expect to still be here the first week of November, so I'm in it for the long haul!

I'm 38w4d.

My last came at 39w2d & it's sooooooo hard not to compare & *expect* this one to do the same! But it would be simply lovely if he/she comes before my due date.

I'm delurking as well and still waiting at 39 weeks 4 days...

40w3d here. Getting so frustrated. I'm not having hardly any contractions, but even some of those aren't really a "contraction." It's more like a painful tightening of my entire tummy. Like a BH, but painful, lol.

I wouldn't be so frustrated if I didn't know the conception date of both children. DD was 4 days early from her ovulation-based due date. This one's due date was also based on ovulation and I never imagined I'd be this pregnant.

Delurking. I don't get a chance to check in very often here, but I am also still waiting...37 weeks 5 days. First baby, so it could still be a while...my mum went two weeks over with me.

Baby moved down though, and I have a lot of achiness in my pelvis and cramps. Also, I cleaned my desk at work, and got everything ready for my co-workers for when I'll be away. I'm not officially on leave yet, but I have finished all my major projects for now.

DH is painting like crazy right now. We had my brother and sister in law living in our house until very recently and weren't planning on doing a nursery, but they just moved out and now we are. It looks cool, but I am eager for the paint to dry so we can put everything away. My dining room is filled with diapers and sleepers and itty bitty socks.

I expect I'll be waiting a while longer, no signs of anything much happening yet ... though this is my first, and I'm told that can change on a dime, so anything can happen! 37 weeks 4 days at the moment.

I've still got another week of work, though I'm using the term "work" there loosely, lol.

Friday night I'm going to a Bruce Springsteen concert -- I've been telling baby that if he wants to hear Bruce, he'll have to stay inside. So far it's worked!

39 weeks + whatever days... Everyone just seems like they are expecting me to magically pull a rabbit out of the hat..like I have that much control over when my babe is ready to show up! Trust me, I'm ready...he's just not ready!!0

40 weeks today and very frustrated. I had the cerclage taken out at 36 weeks. My doctors are so surprised I'm still pregnant. I'm 4 cm dialated and really soft. My dr said the scar tissue on my cervix has loosened up. Could be anytime. Been hearing that for weeks though.
I'm scheduled to be induced on Monday. Even with the hypermesis and being miserable I'd rather wait, but DH asked me to schedule it. He's worried and I can't fault him for that after losing our second daughter.

I've been hiding from everyone because it's too much pressure.

I'm still here... 38 weeks, 4 days. I'm having a scheduled c-section next Friday if he doesn't come earlier on his own. I'd like him to hold out. Something feels very different today, but I can't quite put my finger on what it is... it's not contractions. Can breech babies drop?

Breech babies can drop and they can turn too. At my appointment last thursday my baby was tranverse, my ob was convinced she was stuck that way and scheduled a c-sec for Sunday morning (I hadn't yet decided if I would go in or wait to see if she would turn). Friday things felt different and I called to tell the ob I thought she had moved so he ordered another scan to be done when I went in for pre-op stuff on Saturday. Sure enough she had moved but not the way I wanted, she was breech. Later that day and night she was still moving alot and I could tell she was trying to spin. I had another check up with my ob on Tue. and she is now head down. I don't know how she has managed to move so much this far along but she did

Still here, 38 weeks. Feeling BH. Not quite ready for the baby anyway.

38+ weeks here and patiently waiting. Feeling comfortable, so it may be awhile yet. My other three came at 38, 39, and 37 weeks, so maybe this one is gonna wait until after my EDD of the 22nd to come?
