Our son Kiefer arrived after just under 3 hours of labour and 20 minutes of pushing. Weighing in at 8 lbs. and 6 oz., he was born at home on November 26th at 1:49 am with an original due date of November 16th.

Maia Vaishali was born at 4:05 am on November 14th. Natural delivery, VBA2C!

Our beautiful baby boy was born one week ago today (11/22) by emergency c/s after 4½ days of labor. I didn't get the homebirth I wanted, but found the experience empowering in a way I never would have imagined.

A sweet hello to everyone. I hardly posted at all here during my pregnancy but found the Mothering forums and especially our due date club to be such a rich, warm, encouraging source of support and information during my pregnancy. Our little boy was born at home, right here in our bed, on November 5, after a powerful, painful, beautiful, surprising, and healthy 32 (!) hours of labor. I'm still wrapping my head and heart around it all -- so intense, so amazing, so different from anything else I've ever done in my whole life.
