By Morgan Howell.....has anyone read it? I just finished thanks to Amazon Kindle's diabolical free downloads. I will admit, I probably never would have found them otherwise. I really liked it up until the end of the very last book.

I just can't believe she ended up with Sevren! What is the moral of this story?! A woman gets abused all her life and when she finds someone good to her & they love each other they can't be together b/c they are "different kinds". So she gives up her whole life to fight for their species survival - with them fighting her tooth & nail all the way, then she has to settle for the only man left who wants her b/c they all treat her like she died. WTH! Kovak-mah even came to her & said he'd run away with her. I was so disturbed by this ending & I am having trouble letting it go. What kind of message does this send?!
