Cooing with a mouthful of boob - Page 2

I absolutely adore the little noises and smiles that accompany my nursing daughter! She's just learned to clap - I wonder if my milk will warrant her applause!

DS doesn't talk so much while nursing anymore...he does like to pop off and give me smiles, though.

I love love love it!!

I love all of those things. I had forgotten, in the 3 or so years since DS1 weaned, all of these cute, lovey nursing games. So happy to be reminded of them again by DS2.

Hehe that's sorta what we call it! Dd8 will announce it: "And now C. will perform Ode To Milk in C Minor!!"

DD will play with my bangs and then sometimes she gives them a good yank. She will also hum or moan espescially if she doesn't want to fall asleep but is tired. DD is 6 1/2 months. Nursing is so awesome, I don't know how someone could not enjoy it. and the happy face when she's done is for powerful than any drug on the market!!!

DD is a power nurser. She eats super fast, and then leans back and looks up at me or anyone in the room and grins like, yeah that was good. She is also a giggler, something DS couldn't do because he'd follow the giggling with a chomp. She's going to be a gymnast, she grabs her foot and pulls it up to my chest, or out to the side, legs wide open. She's almost a year.

Lol..I wish my DD was a power-eater. But she does all the things most posters mentioned (except clap her hands and blow raspberries).

She tries talking with my boob in her mouth and it tickles me so

We have a little game. At 4 months she is acting a bit distracted - so every time she unlatches I gasp audibly "oh" (like Oh no...what have you done?)
and she bursts into giggles and latches back. Sometimes it goes on for 4 or 5 tries before she continues nursing and I don't want to encourage it but she acts sad if I ignore her and I would rather bond with her than make this a "strictly business" proposition
