I have a question, I am unable to become pregant, me and my fience has a friend that is willing to use his sperm were do we start and around how much would it cost. She is will to carry the baby for us. What do we have to do and were do we have to start? could sombody email me and let me know what to do. secksspuds@aol.com thanks

Honestly I'd go see a RE *Reproductive Endocrinologist * before jumping into getting a surrogate. You probably don't even need to use a surrogate.
How long have you been trying?

I read recently where a couple decided to do this, and their sweet friend, out of the goodness of his heart, just donated the sperm. When the baby was born, he sued for custody, and took the child, legally. Best see a doctor, get treatment, and find out what the problem is. In most states you stand better legal ground to be married as well, and to have everything ironed out legally before you conceive. Pretty awful to lose a child you want due to legalities.
