Pregnancy and H1N1 Vax

Ok, I hope I am putting this in the right place.
Second, this is not for the purposes of causing drama...

Ok, here is my situation. For various reasons we are not able to do the H1N1 vax or the season flu. Biggest reason is MIL has a severely compromised immune system as a result of a kidney transplant. She catches everything very easily and usually ends up hospitalized.

I am pregnant, I am actually 11 1/2 weeks, even though OB has me as 9 1/2 weeks.

DS1 goes to a very small private school where the parents tend to generally not send them if they are sick. DS2 goes to a public preschool program because of his IEP/Speech Apraxia.

The public school will be offering the H1N1 vax to the kids in the school. I am not sure if it will be the flu mist or an actual shot. He will come into contact with kids from ages 3 through 8th grade. There are probably 400+ kids in the school.

How concerned should I be if the school does flumist of DS2 coming in contact with it and bringing it home to myself or even to MILs when we visit them? Are the concerns the same with the shot?
