My son is 3 months and he stretches out the Moby wrap every time he's in it to the point that it's uncomfortable, it's hard to adjust while he's in it too. I don't want another wrap but am looking for suggestions on carriers that are under 100. I was thinking of the Mei Tai at the moment, but am wondering about head support when he falls asleep.

Uncomfortable with Moby

How tight are you putting the Moby on?
When you wear it, there really shouldn't be any room for the baby. The baby will naturally stretch it out.
We didn't even get a Moby until my DS was 6 months and 20 pounds, and used it comfortably for several months. The key is putting it on very snug.

I would say to get a mei tai or a scc. I, personally, recommend Two Mommas Designs for both types of carrier. If your lo falls asleep in the carrier often, get a sleep hood added. The carriers are all custom made (except they do have some in stock right now). Their carriers are all under $100 and they have five stars on TBW. www.twomommasdesigns.com

I would check out the FSOT board on TBW - you can find tons of carriers for much cheaper than their retail price including favorite SSC's like Ergo and Beco. That said, I love my Kozy MT and think it's the easiest thing to use. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the MT's suggested here

Yep, Moby takes you only so far. It's got stretch, so it'll naturally snag eventually with heavy weight. If you are really loving wrapping, then a woven wrap would work until toddlerhood (or beyond). Affordable ones are BBslen, Girasol, & Hoppediz, which are all under $100.

No sagging or stretching out w/ this one at all.
