my preg test tricked me :( I might be out

I took a HPT on Sat (the day I missed my period) and it was a clear positive, but with a pretty light line.

I have been feeling so exhausted lately. Took another HPT test today and it didnt show a positive for quite some time, and then it was BARELY there.

I had my doc take my hcg level today but I am thinking this one is gonna be a chemical pregnancy

I hope you're wrong. Some test are not as sensitive as others, even in the same batch. I'll be thinking of you and hoping that bloodtest comes back positive.

So sorry! It could have been just a different batch of dye. Ive had varying levels of "darkness" from the same box. My fingers are crossed that your levels are rising and all is well. Hang in there!

My fingers are crossed for you. I've heard all sorts of crazy stories about HPTs so I wouldn't count yourself out yet!

I should get them tomorrow. I am wondering now if I should start on the progesterone now or wait until the results come back.

It wouldn't hurt to take the progesterone until you know for sure I would think. Hope you get good news back on your blood test
