I'll second the kale chip recommendation. I like to use a goddess dressing (tahini based) to make a different flavor. Another super yummy thing is to whip up a vegan BBQ tomato paste and use that.
I just made live granola. Soaked buckwheat groats overnight and rinsed then dried. Soaked raisins and goji berries for about 4 hours before draining them and mixing them with the dried buckwheat groats. Poured raw honey to taste over the top and added pecan's that had been soaked for 8 hours. Stirred everything up and then stirred in shredded coconut a little cinnamon, nutmeg and Celtic sea salt. Dehydrated it all until everything was dry but the raisins retained some of their moisture. It is AWESOME! We are using it with hemp seed milk as a cereal. So good!
