Another zen cart question

OK, this is another thing I tried looking up and can't figure out. How do I change what classifies as a new product? There's a section on my webpage for new products, but the same products I opened the store with are still coming up there, even though it's been over a year! I'd like my truly new products to show there, rather than stuff I'd had around.

Anyone know how to change that?
