Harm from contact with recently flu vaxed person?

Tried to search but couldn't find an answer....I'm on bed rest with pregnancy complications so my parents offered to lend a hand by having my DDs spend the night/day at their house yesterday to today.

I was talking to my mom while the girls were en route home and she mentioned that she was feeling really lethargic/tired and that she'd had the flu shot yesterday (I don't know if it was a reg. flu shot or H1N1). She quickly added that she asked the nurse before getting the shot if there were any restrictions on contact with anyone, adding that my children were coming to stay with her that day and that I was pregnant. The nurse said that there was no risk and that they give the shot directly to pregnant women

So, should I be worried? The girls' immune systems are likely compromised right now because of the stress from all the changes in the household/routine with my recent bed rest situation. Can they catch anything from recently vaxed Grandma? Could my mom have contracted flu and have passed it along within 24 hours of being vaxed?

The shot is a killed virus. The mist is live. I wouldn't worry about the shot.
