If you're on Ravelry, there are tons (thousands!) of Clapotis knit up, so you can see which yarns others used. I'd definitely recommend trying the new Malabrigo Silky, too -- a 50/50 merino-silk blend.

Thanks! Sigh. I've looked and looked at photos of finished Clapotis and just can't make up my mind, . I'll check out both those yarns. I'd still have to decide on colour too!
