It's starting...

I know there was a post about this recently but I am not sure where it is! Anyway, I am 38 weeks & 4 days and a bunch of people are starting to ask me if our baby is born yet, or similar questions, through FB. Umm (if I'm posting now about OTHER stuff) don't you think I wouldn't have much time to post with a one year old and a newborn, and that I would have posted an announcement at least! It's not annoying me... yet... but yeah! Haha! It's still early yet, too!!!

LOL yep same here! we are ticking time bombs. dontcha know?! i'm 38w today, so i am prepared for another 4 weeks, but i'm HOPING baby comes TODAY! lol

I went 42 weeks last time and this time no one would dare call, FB, or email me to find out if I had the baby yet!

I HATE when people start doing this. I don't like feeling rushed and that is exactly what people try to do. "You haven't had that baby YET?" "C'mon!". Like we have any say in when it starts!

Me too. I have stopped answering my cell phone cause of all the calls! And I still have a week til my due date!! Do people really think we are so caught up in a new baby that we will forget to call them? Plus the community where I live is sooooo into gossip its not funny but all you have to do is tell one person the news and everyone will know in a matter of hours. So its not like they wont find out.
The worst is when people are standing there talking to you and ask "did you have the baby yet?" . . . Um Duh! The belly is still here isnt it??
