red velvet cake ~ natural ~ any recipes?

i have seen several recipes online but i really want one that will taste good without having to try several that may have a funny taste.

anyone have a recipe that does not use dye?

My HFS sells a natural red dye...anybody know if it would work in a regular red cake recipe? This is the one they carry: http://www.naturesflavors.com/produc...oducts_id=4728

that natural red dye looks awesome! i have not seen that kinds before. i was thinking it would work for the red velvet cake but then i noticed it says it may change at high temperatures so i don't how well it would work for baking.

well, the cake turned out horrible. the color was ok..not perfect, but ok, but the taste was not good at all....could have used either more sugar or cocoa or maybe both...oh well, i tried.
