I won't get to test until the 19th or 20th at the very earliest.

Me too... the 20th is 12dpIUI for me, so that's the absolute earliest I would test... and I'll be in Amsterdam on vacation, hah!

I'm not doing IUI this month (will next, if needed -- and probably will), but I've gotten pregnant twice from IUI, so I thought I'd answer the second part of your question.

With our daughter, it was our 4th IUI (3rd w/clomid). I was almost ready to give up after the 3rd, and so glad we didn't.

With this last pg, which I lost at 6 wks, it was the 3rd IUI (first with femara). Believe it or not, that was also the 1st in which I got a trigger shot. I feel that made all the difference.

good luck this month!

I plan on getting on this month and I'm so full of emotion (nervous, anxious, excited, whew).

This is my first month with a RE so I'm doing 50mg Clomid days 3-7. I ovulate on my own so hopefully I can still O around D13/D14.
They suggested days 5-9, but based on my own readings, and the fact that my husband's schedule sucks, I'm hoping to O around 10/24 so that he'll be off from work.

I'm also doing the trigger.

BABY DUST TO US ALL!!!!!

Hopeful for an Oct. IUI

Hopefully, I will have my fiirst IUI this coming week. After not responding to clomid, I started injectable meds today, Gonal-F. I go Monday to see if I have any follicles ready to go! A little nervous with getting multiple mature follicles on the injectables we will see!

Good luck fellow Oct. IUI'ers!!

I got pregnant with DS on my second IUI and I had one good egg.

We are TTC#2. I had my first IUI on October 8. I can't wait to test!

Good luck to everyone! I hope we all get pregnant very soon.

Thank you for the encouraging post!

Did you have some early symptoms? Cause I feel like I have a bubble in my stomach and last night I had mild AF like cramps. Last time I did the hcg shot with time intercourse and af showed up the very hour I had took the shot 10 days later. With no signs at all! So I have hope!

Yes I did have early symptoms. I actually was 100% positive I was going to get my period. I had cramps, was tired, boobs a little tender. I tested 2 weeks after the IUI and got a very faint positive. I didn't believe it...I thought it was a false positive. I went in to the RE for bloodwork and got a call that afternoon that I was indeed pregnant!

I hope these are early symptoms for you!! When do you test?

Sunday I will be 10dpiui. So I think I might start testing Tuesday, I'll be 10dpIUI then and 12dphcg shot.

My stomach feels heavy and like it has a bubble in it. Its weird. No sore boobs thou. But I always get that when af comes so maybe thats a good thing.

I think I am going to start testing Wednesday, which is 13dpIUI. Hopefully we will be in the same DDC!

(FYI, I had spotting the day I got my positive preg test. I thought I was getting my period. The nurse said it was implantation though. Just wanted to mention that in case you have spotting).

I hope this works for you! I got pregnant with my first IUI in October 4 years ago. After TTC for over 3 years, I was ecstatic to not have to go through a lot of fertility treatments. I don't remember, though, how big my follicles were at the time.

I'm hoping that October is just our lucky month and that we'll finally conceive #2 with this month's IUI. I just had it on Thurs 10/22 so I still have a while to wait. This is our third IUI TTC #2 and the docs said that our only option after this is IVF so I really hope it works this time. I used Clomid last time and for the first two IUIs this time but this cycle I used Femara instead. I only had one follicle large enough to measure this time but it was big (25 mm on CD 13, two days before the IUI). With Clomid I usually had at least 3 follicles in the 18 mm - 24 mm range so I'm a little nervous about that. We've decided that we won't try IVF if this cycle doesn't work out. We've been TTC #2 for almost 2 years so we're just emotionally drained.

I'm back in the IUI club now. This rest cycle turned Hail Mary cycle ended with a bfn, so back to the RE we go. I'm on CD1.

I had my first IUI last Saturday (10/24) so I'm currently 6 DPO. I went in today for bloodwork for my progesterone levels.

I ovulate on my own but was put on 50 mg of Clomid. I produced 4 follices (R-19, 20, L-22, 20). I felt they told me to take the HCG too late so I didn't since I FELT I would ovulate on my own so I didn't and sure enough I did. I O'd the day they told me to take the HCG, which was also the day before my IUI. I hope the egg was still viable.

DH was sick with the flu so we didn't BD the entire week before which I'm guessing made his numbers were lower than normal. Motillity was 65% and from 148 million, only 5 million good ones survived. Fingers are crossed!!

Baby dust to all!

Hey all, I'm a little late to the game I guess.
This was my first IUI cycle. Mine was on 10/20 and again on 10/21.
The waiting is driving me batty! Blood test is on Monday.
