Good questions. Those are the exact same the exact same questions I had when i got pregnant with my son.
I found out on my own that yes....your breast go thru all the same changes they did the first time they made milk. YOu get bigger, and will probably need different nursing bras again. you do make colostrum all over again. I found my milk went back to exactly what my newborn needed.
The big upside though is that since you are already nursing you don't get sore like you did in the beginning the first time, but i did get that huge rush of milk just like I did when my milk came in the first time.
YOu will definately make enough milk to feed both kids. I always joked that i had enough milk to feed an army.....lol
Tandem nursing can be tiring, but it definately gives you many opportunities thru the day to sit and relax with your babies. And I found it was a great way for dd to bond with her new brother.
Good Luck if you do end up nursing thru a pregnancy. And surround yourself with people who are supportive of your choice, and just ignore those who don;t get it!
