at that point if you feel like you need to do something you can start feeding the freezer and nesting
haha, i think you meant things you can do directly to yourself/your baby but i can't think of anything.
drinking the RRL tea is good. i have read conflicting info about chamomille in pregnancy. but maybe you are only drinking it at night. surely that would be fine. i have been avoiding it cause i read something somewhere that said i should but i love chamomille and would really like to drink it so i am interested to hear other's thoughts on it

i wish i had the energy to feed the freezer lol i keep trying but HG makes it really hard with food aversion and nausea i am doing other nesting as i have energy and hope DH can get some painting done while i go out this weekend and get the bathroom and living room painted! I have this weird obsession with what the wall are like (we just bought this place in june) and i want not ugly walls with wallpaper i hate in my birth pictures
: how crazy pregnant lady is that! I stripped both rooms of the wall paper yesterday in this crazed nesting fit
Now to make dh get them pretty then the kitchen it getting hit! I have like 7-8weeksish i figure i gotta get this house so i dont glare at the walls
:
Mostly i was thinking to prep my body for labour in the best way
I thought things i had read said chamomile was fine for helping with sleeping and digestion issues... this seems to sound like it is okay? http://www.thelaboroflove.com/articl...ing-pregnancy/ i will be doing more reading.. i only put one bag in a big pot of water mixed with RRL it seems to be helping with the sleep some.. i just started that two days ago

i am going to add some chamomille into my diet now then cause i really like it and i make it for dd alot. i just sit there and smell it and have been wanting to drink some. don't know what i read that got it in my head that i couldn't drink it but actually, maybe it was something about not drinking it in early pregnancy and i just forgot
i am with you on the nesting thing. i have painted walls but i have been cleaning them the last couple days. i love nesting cause i get so much done. sometimes i wish i could just relax and next at a reasonable pace but as i get close to the end of pregnancy i feel the urgent need to get it all done.
i hope to have all things i consider most important completed by Sunday. then i'm sure i'll find more detailed stuff to do.
i am trying to take it easy on dh this time. last time i drove him crazy. i was posting signs in every room of the house telling him what i needed him to do and there was a sign on the outside door asking him to clean his tools in the garage. we like to look back on that and laugh...so, this time i am making the lists but just keeping them on my desk rather than posting them....makes it less stressful for him.
oh, and i didn't start feeding the freezer until i was like 36-37 weeks. i made mostly soup. also, alot of stuff i just stocked up on at the store. that was the one thing i didn't do with dd. i regretted not freezing more and stocking up more. it all worked out but it was the one thing i wanted to do this time so even though we don't have a ton stockpiled it should help out.
all this nesting talk...i better get back to my projects...
