meningitis C vaccine?

Does anyone have any information about this? It's offered here in Brazil, but it's not on the public vaccine schedule, so you pay for it at a private clinic.
I've heard that meningitis is a problem in this area, and was thinking about getting the Hib vaccine for our baby, but don't know anything about men. C vaccine (or the disease).
Any info?
Thanks!

I don't know much about it- haven't researched it since it's not on our schedule- but my first idea would be to research serotype replacement since that comes up with the other "meningitis" vaccines.

What's serotype replacement?

Basically- it's where a bacterial vax is very effective to the point that the strains vaxed for mostly disappear. Problem is that they are replaced by other strains- usually in close to equal numbers. SO, you prevent one bug that causes meningitis, but another one fills the void, leaving the risk about the same.
