My birth at Special Beginnings was the most positive experience of my life. I had some complications- water breaking 3 days before ctx with light meconium, but it was treated with...
My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...
This is the prettiest carrier, and fit my shoulders and figure (at 5'6") much better than the Ergo. I got it when my daughter was about nine months, two years ago - it doesn't appear to have...

Welcome to all the canadians!!!
I'm in Delta. I love that we covered for midwifery and homebirths here. I actually can't wait to contact my mw as she will be thrilled to see us again!
I am a Toronto girl who lives north of the city now. I love the fact that we have so many options. I am not as crunchy as some when it comes to childbirth, etc... but I have a wonderful GP who does shared care with the ob so I get to stay with her until 28 weeks. Just outside Ottawa here. My first son was born in Toronto, where we lived for many years before moving here four years ago. My second son was born here. After reading all the cost/insurance woes of our US friends, I am SO GRATEFUL for our healthcare system.
Here here! I'm a Saskatchewan girl growing roots in Alberta. We are pregnant with our fourth and planning our 3rd unassisted homebirth.
Good to see you all here!!!
