Babies and spit up

For those of you with babies... anyone have a spitter already??? My dd was a super spitter... and spit up till she was 15 months old.. It wasn't reflux she was diagnosed as a happy spitter. This guy has been spitting up since is second day of life. He was spitting up colostrum. Anyone else? Apparently I can't have babies that keep their boob juice in their tummies.

Yeah, we were spitting colostrum too. My first stopped spitting around 8 months.

I dunno....these newborn days are not my favorite....is it reflux? Is it colic? Why is she hiccuping? Is that "Normal" hiccups or reflux hiccups? And on and on.

I know everyone says to treasure these days but it's hard sometimes.

amelia spits up some but i think hers is just from being a bit full and not burping well. she's almost impossible to burp sometimes and she GULPS her food. my last one wasn't a spitter, she didn't want to waste any of it. we used thickener in my son's food to keep him from hurling, but he had some feeding issues anyway.

Yes, my baby has been having these massive vomits! Until this happened the first time, I never would have guessed I was making that much milk! I was worried because it happened 3 times in one day, and asked the pediatrician about it. She said it is normal for his little tummy to sometimes overflow since he has such a big appetite and I'm producing lots of milk. And not to worry unless he's not keeping anything down. He is growing like a champ, so I guess it's okay. Ah, the joys...
