I have the Home Health brand of Castor Oil from Whole Foods, it reads for 'external use only'. It's pure castor oil, no other ingredients.
Is this the correct form for oral ingestion?

I am very patiently waiting and likely would not be using it, but wonder if this is type, or is there another?

You can get it any place that sells drugs. We got mine at the local pharmacy. Sometime you have to ask for it behind the counter at the pharmacy. It is dirt cheap.
